I just took a look at all the blog posts I logged in on this site. I have some difficulty trying to imagine and believe that I have been doing this for ten years. There are times when I don’t do a regular post. Maybe there is a family issue or someone sick, maybe even me. My uncle turned one hundred the year I began this blog. I am painting with an urgency because I have so many subjects I want to capture on canvas. I blog because I had no one to learn from. I don’t want anyone to have that situation. I am asking you all on this ten year anniversary to send this link to your friends. I am asking them to subscribe. You only get a simple notification whenever I post, and that is usually a few times a month. If you want to learn to paint portraits and occasionally other subjects, you will find regular tips and hints in these blogs. For the effort it takes to publish this, it would be nice to know more people have the info available to them.
